Luiz C Parzianello holds a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) and a MSc. in Systems Engineering from São Paulo University (USP). He is a proven senior consultant specialized in software improvement initiatives based on Scrum, XP and Lean Thinking. He has developed a singular profile mixing knowledges from different areas such as: Business Analysis, Systems Engineering, Quality Management Systems, Process Management, Software Engineering, Requirements Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Using human based strategies for organizational changes, he has been conducting several successfull projects in large and complex environments.
