Don Gray’s goal to answer “What is the earliest meaningful indicator of a project’s status?” has led him to focus on such diverse topics as communication, personality types, team styles, systems thinking, and human systems dynamics. Don’s varied interests and client experience—from small startups to Fortune 50 organizations—provide a platform for helping clients as they transition to better development practices. Don coaches and conducts workshops on accelerating team performance, personality type, and retrospectives.

In addition to presenting at local agile meetings and Agile Development Practices, Don helped organize the March 2010 Agile Coach Camp in Durham, NC. Together with Esther Derby, Johanna Rothman and Jerry Weinberg he hosts the AYE Conference: Exploring Human Systems in Action.
