Short Bio

I am an independent Agile Coach working from my home base in San Jose, CA. I have been writing software for decades, working in agile environments since 2004. I have been a player/coach in two prior environments, Microsoft and TeleAtlas. My coaching clients include small, medium, large and extra-large organizations.

I am a member of the Scrum Alliance and a founding member and active participant in the Certified Scrum Coach program. I also do a fair amount of Scrum and Agile engineering training.
